An interview with Arjan Keizer, a former Shell employee in the Netherlands. At Shell Fleet Solutions, Arjan worked on driving the energy transition by accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles from both professional and operational fleets.

Prior to joining Shell, Arjan worked on e-mobility at McKinsey Energy Insights. While there, he co-authored articles on eTrucks and eBuses, and supported Waterland in their acquisition of Heliox (later sold to Siemens). Arjan studied Aerospace engineering at Delft University of Technology and earned an MBA from INSEAD. He is currently preparing the launch of a new climate movement for professionals and actively shares his perspectives on LinkedIn.
