Yes, I do believe it is possible to be an employee activist while working full time in the climate sector. I love that my day job allows me to directly see the impact that my role has in the rapid transition to a clean economy for all.

ClimateVoices Featuring Arielle Terry

ClimateVoices · Episode 43 · 03-05-24

An interview with Arielle Terry, a dedicated advocate for climate action in the workplace. She’s taken steps like establishing a Climate ERG (employee resource group) to promote awareness and mobilize action towards climate issues within her previous organization. Arielle has also successfully advocated for the addition of a climate-friendly fund to her previous company’s 401(k) lineup, providing employees with an opportunity to invest in sustainable funds. Her leadership on behalf of sustainability in the workplace continues to inspire many others to action.

Last year, Arielle made a bold decision to become a “climate quitter” by leaving her previous company and joining ATMOS Financial. Atmos is a climate fintech company that channels customer deposits into funding clean energy projects, including residential and commercial solar loans. In her role as Manager of Lending Solutions, she leverages her passion for green finance and dedication to renewable energy to drive positive change for a sustainable future.
