An interview with Daryl Wright, who is a member of the Green Finance and Economic Development (GFED) department at Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC)as Senior Director of Economic Development. He leads a 25 city initiative working on cities seeking to leverage climate action for racial wealth equity.

He has spent over a decade working at the nexus of economic, racial and environmental justice. He is Managing Director at Proprentice Knight Consulting where he manages consulting services to government, private sector and philanthropic clients on climate and labor market issues. He is former Chief Program Officer at the Emerald Cities Collaborative (ECC) where his focus included launching economic inclusion programs, and facilitating strategic partnerships with organizations in the nonprofit and corporate sectors.
