In 2018, Drew co-founded Microsoft’s employee sustainability community, which now includes more than 10,000 members in 100+ countries and 37 local chapters – a vibrant group committed to protecting Earth’s natural resources, creating positive environmental change, and ensuring Microsoft is operating with the most sustainable practices possible. Since leaving Microsoft in early 2023, Drew has started consulting with other organizations on the people side of sustainability: employee engagement, culture and change management, community building, green skilling, and leadership development.
