ClimateVoices Featuring Eliza Nemser

ClimateVoices · Episode 45 · 04-16-24

An interview with Eliza Nemser, a climate strategist, advocate, and member of the ClimateVoice Advisory Board. After the historic 2017 Northern California wildfires, Eliza pivoted from a career in earthquake hazard analysis to a focus on environmental health and justice, with an emphasis on climate politics. In August 2020, Eliza co-founded Climate Changemakers, a growing nonpartisan community created to empower climate-concerned individuals to channel concern into 1 hour/ week of high-leverage (collective) climate advocacy. In 2022, Eliza was recognized as a Grist 50 “Fixer.”
