Today's climate deniers won't be in positions of power forever, and when the time comes to return to rational, reasonable, and thoughtful political practices, the companies that did the work today to prepare for tomorrow will be best suited for success.

An interview with Malcom Glenn – a writer, speaker and equity advocate. He is the Founder and CEO of MG Equity Consulting, an advisory firm that helps organizations pursue more equitable outcomes in their external-facing work. Malcom has spent his career helping build partnerships between corporations, nonprofits, and governments, as well as telling the stories of the impact of that work. In 2024, he was a U.S. Policy Consultant for the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), where he worked with state and federal lawmakers, as well as third party advocates, to promote expanded corporate ESG reporting requirements.

Malcom is also a Fellow at New America’s Future of Land and Housing program, and he was previously the Head of Global Policy for Accessibility and Underserved Communities at Uber. Before that, he was an executive communications manager for Google’s chief financial officer. Prior to Google, he was the national director of communications at the American Federation for Children, and he previously managed issue campaigns at the polling firm Greenberg Quinlan Rosner.
