Speaking up so Companies Step Up

Bill started his career in computer science on the faculty at MIT. In 2006, he took a role at Google as Green Energy Czar, leading their clean energy work.

Subsequently, he spent 6 years at Facebook as Director of Sustainability. In 2020, he founded ClimateVoice to focus on directing the massive influence of companies to help address the climate crisis.

Bill, who lost his own voice to ALS, continues to highlight the impact that employee voices can have on their companyʼs climate policy advocacy by speaking up so companies step up.
